Before using the aluminum formwork in project construction, what preparations must be done?

1. Learn about aluminum formwork: Before project construction, provide professional training to the construction team, explain the formwork types and common problems in process, so that they can have knowledge of formwork and its construction technology.

2. Sort and count the formwork: Before starting construction, should check all the formworks, sort and place the formworks according to the model and specifications.

3. Check and clean formwork: check the condition and level of formwork, if damaged, should replace immediately, to prevent causing poor quality for project. Remove the dust and keep the formwork surface clean.

4. Do installation test: before starting project construction, formwork assembly test should be done based on the formwork sample or engineering drawings, which can not only improve the project construction process, but also find out the problems that might occur in construction, and find solution immediately, then guarantee the construction process go smooth.

5. Brush isolation agent: before the project construction, sufficient amount of isolation agent should be brushed on the formwork surface which will contact concrete, so as to protect the formwork and good for recycling.
