1. Machine structure and composition

1). The use of integral high-quality cast iron rigid body, and built-in cylinder oil tank integrated design, reduce space, simple installation and easy maintenance, Panel loading and unloading convenient, easy adjustment operation .

2). Independent work table design, convenient mold design.
3). Use double rod type cylinder, can adjust the upper rod nut of piston to  control down press position precisely.
4). With flexible jog, automatic function, convenient for mold installation and product debugging, at the same time it has fast, slow speed to decline and pressure holding function.

5). There are hand keys and foot buttons automatic circulation control methods for options.

2. Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system is composed of electric motors, oil pumps, and hydraulic valves, and is controlled by electrical control system to complete various work actions. The machine adopts simple and safety operation circuit design, which meets the safety requirements of hydraulic machine tools.

3. Electrical system

1). The main motor adopts 380V three-phase AC power supply, consisting of control transformer and electric motor.

2). Control circuit adopts 24A DC power control, consisting of relay, AC contactor, foot switch, travel switch, and button.
