1. Dual robots welding workstation

1.1 This workstation adopts dual robots and dual work platforms for welding, ensuring the utilization rate of robots, and the equipment can meet continuous working capacity of 24 hours (in two shifts).

1.2 The robot system consists of robot body, robot control system, robot teaching device, arc welding software package, standard robot specific welding gun, robot base, robot collision prevention device, welding power supply, etc.

1.3 The main components of robot system include 2 arc welding robot bodies and control systems,2 sets of welding power sources, two sets of professional tooling platforms and other main components, forming a dual station robot welding workstation. It can achieve assembling workpieces at one side while automatic welding on the other side.

1.4 The tooling platform is a customized fixture that uses cylinders (imported from Taiwan Airtec) and quick clamps (joint venture brand) for positioning. The repeat positioning accuracy can meet welding requirements and improve welding efficiency. This fixture achieves rapid clamping and positioning, prevents workpiece deformation under force, and significantly improves welding efficiency.

1.5 The tooling platform meets requirements for various aluminum formwork welding with size at 2700/2600/2500/1200/1100mm in length, 400/500mm in width, 65mm in height. The weld seam presents fish scale patterns, without pores or cracks, and has high strength.

1.6 The entire worktable has undergone quenching and heat treatment, CNC machining for one-time forming, precise positioning.
