2. Main parts of the machine

2.1 The machine body adopts a box shaped structure welded with steel plates. The welding process is mature, and the groove form and weld joints meet the standards. CO2 gas protection welding is adopted, special inspections such as non-destructive testing are carried out on key welds (points). Performing thermal aging stress relief treatment has high strength and stiffness, the overall geometric structure has high accuracy and stability. Suitable for precision parts stamping and can save mold maintenance costs.

2.2 Welding and machining of large parts are all completed on Italian PAMA boring and milling machining center, with one-time clamping to ensure the shape and position accuracy of the machine.

2.3 Main transmission form: crankshaft connecting rod structure, the crankshaft is longitudinally arranged with short fulcrum distance, the structure is compact.

2.4 Drive mode: High torque wet clutch.

2.5 Drive system: motor-pulley-gear pair.

2.6 Transmission gear

Adopting straight gears, lubricated with oil, it has the advantages of high transmission accuracy, high meshing accuracy, smooth transmission, large load-bearing capacity, strong gear strength, and low noise.

2.7 Copper sleeve and bearing

The important parts of the copper sleeve and bearings have reliable lubrication guarantees. Connecting rod copper bearing and crankshaft support sleeve use high ratio copper sleeves.
