High precision CNC feeding cutting machine, suitable for various aluminum profile processing. This machine uses a direct connecting cutting motor,  cutting tools are directly installed on the motor. At the same time, the tool feed cutting guide adopts an imported linear guide rail, ensuring that the machine vibration is small, the tool swing is small, and the material processing surface is smooth when cutting aluminum profiles. This machine uses gas-liquid damping feed cutting, with stable cutting speed and fast tool return speed.

1.2. The automatic feeding guide rail and cutting guide rail adopt Taiwan Hiwin linear guide rail , ensure feeding  and cutting accuracy.

1.3. The tool cooling system adopts  micro lubrication spray device.

1.4. The  cutting machine has two functions: manual feeding and automatic feeding cutting.

1.5. This machine tool adopts a touch screen human-machine interface and servo motor feeding.
