What is high strength steel formwork?

High-strength steel formwork is a new type of building formwork made from high-strength alloy materials, primarily used for supporting during concrete pouring. It features high strength, lightweight properties, and a high turnover rate, often serving as an upgraded alternative to aluminum or traditional steel formwork. ‌ 

What are its features ?

1. Strong material performance: 

Made from high-strength Q700 steel or zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy, it features high compressive strength, resistance to deformation, and superior corrosion resistance compared to ordinary steel formwork. 

2. Construction efficiency: 

The standard panel is relatively lightweight (approximately 23kg/㎡), comparable in weight to aluminum formwork, easy to disassemble and assemble, and can be used in combination with the aluminum formwork system. 

3. Excellent formwork finish: 

After the concrete is poured and the formwork is removed, the surface exhibits high flatness with minimal bubbles, achieving the desired clean concrete effect as measured and verified.
