Production capacity calculation for automatic aluminum formwork production line (For reference only.)
Working time: one shift per day; 10 hours per shift; calculate with efficiency 95%.
A piece of 400 mm × 2700mm formwork production data is as below:
1) Weld seam parameters: 8pcs reinforcement ribs of aluminum formwork ≈ 3400mm ( Data shall be subject to processing drawings.) 2) Welding time: 330 seconds (two robots welding simultaneously) 3) Moving time of welding robot from station A to station B: 15 seconds 4) Therefore,time to produce 1pc of 400mm×2700mm long board is: 330 seconds+15 seconds=345 seconds 5) Aluminum formwork standard panel production capacity: 1 piece of 400 × 2700 aluminum formwork standard panel=1.08 sqm, welding time of dual robot welding workstation is 345 seconds/piece ÷ 4 sets of welding workstations ≈ 86 seconds/aluminum formwork.
Working time is 10 hours per shift, and automatic line efficiency is calculated as 95%, each shift produces approximately 400 pieces of 400 × 2700 standard panel.
