1. Aluminum formwork buffing machine, Model No.: OMAC650-16

(Main functions: used for both new and used formwork surface grinding)

(6) Convey driving wheel: The size of the conveying driving wheel is φ140mm*620mm, the shaft head diameter is φ35mm, it is made of No. 45 steel. The bearing adopts the outer spherical radial ball bearing series with seat, model F207.

(7) Coating wheel: size φ250mm*750mm, Shore hardness 40-45 °A, rubber material, bearing model 2211K (taper bearing series).

(8) Uniform distribution wheel: sizeφ175mm*750mm, hard chrome plated, bearing model 2211K (taper bearing series)

(9) Machine description :

The frame is made of 16mm steel plate, the upper body uses cast part; distribution wheel dovetail and lifting dovetail are precision machined;  distribution wheel is controlled by an independent worm gear box, which can precisely control the gap between coating wheel and distribution wheel; the specification of bottom wheel transmission part is φ200mm*620mm, Shore hardness 45 °A—70 °A,  wear-resistant rubber.
