1. Features

1). The high-precision CNC positioning single head cutting saw is composed of three parts: CNC positioning frame, cutting saw, and material support frame. 

2). The CNC positioning frame is used to locate the length of the processed material. The operator inputs the processed length on touch screen, and positioning baffle locks automatically&quickly at accurate position. At the same time, when manual force is applied to the positioning baffle, the baffle moves and the positioning size changes, the baffle will automatically reset to the set length, which has size memory function.

3). The high-precision single head cutting saw uses a directly connected cutting motor, and the cutting tool is directly installed on the motor to reduce machine vibration and tool swing.

4). This machine adopts the gas-liquid damping invented by Zhongtian for feed cutting, stable cutting speed, fast tool return speed, about 1.5 seconds.

5). CNC positioning frame adopts import linear guide rails, CNC repeated positioning accuracy is within ± 0.05mm. The accuracy will not decrease within 3 years for use. 

6). The tool cooling system adopts micro lubrication spray device, which uses less oil and has good tool cooling effect. 

7). Equipped with a 4kw bag vacuum cleaner, aluminum recycling reaches 50-95%
